A new Tern for me. There is a Lesser Crested Tern, and this is usually listed as Crested Tern, but the most knowledgeable bird person I’ve come across calls this Greater, logically, since the other is Lesser.
The image I chose as the feature image isn’t very good, but it really shows off the crest, with the birds head tipped forwards.
